How many people can The Beverly Rose accomodate?
Our sanctuary comfortably seats up to 100 guests in a traditional wedding setup. For a slightly more flexible arrangement, we can accommodate a few more, utilizing the sanctuary floor, library, and balcony areas. If your event requires tables, we can arrange seating for around 84 guests on the sanctuary floor using 8-foot rectangular tables, with additional seating available in the balcony.
How can I reserve my date?
We always suggest coming in for a tour and speaking with an event coordinator before booking. You are able to reserve your date by paying a 50% deposit. This deposit will be taken off of your final balance and will reserve your event with The Beverly Rose.
What is your refund policy?
Your deposits are not refundable in the case of a cancellation. If you choose to move your event date, your deposits will be transferred to the new date.
Is alcohol permitted at The Beverly Rose?
No, alcohol is not permitted. The Beverly Rose is a “Dry” venue.
How much does it cost to host a wedding?

No, tables and chairs are included in every rental.
Is there handicapped accessibility?
Yes, The Beverly Rose offers convenient handicap parking and an accessible lift.
Do you have overnight accomidations?
Yes, The Beverly Rose currently offers a primary bedroom on the sanctuary level and a second bedroom on the balcony level, available exclusively for weddings. We’re also excited to share that we’re in the process of remodeling the lower level into a three-bedroom, two-bathroom suite. Once complete, this space will be available for weddings and as a standalone short-term rental.
Do you have a kitchen to use for events?
Yes, there’s a fully functional kitchen on the sanctuary level of the venue, ready for your event’s needs.
What forms of payment do you accept?

When are payments due?
Booking Deposit: 50% of the total rental fee at the time of booking to secure the date. This is non-refundable.
Second Payment: Another 25% midway between booking and the event date.
Final Balance: The remaining balance is due 60 days before the event date.
